Pricing conditions
There is a charge of 30 EUR per night per additional person. The price increases by 20 EUR per night if you bring, prior to agreement, a pet along.
The price of the holiday house includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. In addition, there is a initial supply of cleaning products such as dish soap, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies.
Besides the rental fee there is a charge of a tourist tax by the city of Freudenstadt of 2,90 EUR to be paid for each adult person and for each day. The day of arrival and the departure day together are counted as one day.
During your stay in Freudenstadt you have the possibility to use your Gästekarte to take the busses and trains, except for ICE-IC und EC connections. The Card allows you to explore the Black Forest holiday region free of charge. In addition, you receive so many benefits for visiting multiple venues in the Black Forest.
Half of the rental fee is due at contract conclusion and the rest of the money needs to be transferred to our account prior to your arrival in Freudenstadt.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to let us know when we can expect you.
Departure should be no later than 10:00 a.m. Here, too, we ask you to make an appointment.
Cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge up to five days prior to the start of the rental period.
Thereafter, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
